STRICT NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service cost. The fee must be paid over Venmo 
to @_SAED_ or at your next appointment.

If you need to reschedule under 24 hours there is a $25 rescheduling fee.

If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment time, a $50 cancelation fee will be charged. 


 
IMPORTANT - ​Please arrived on time with clean lashes.

LATE POLICY

If you are late the time will run into your appointment, up to 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to rebook your appointment and pay the reschedule fee. I book back to back and need the entire appointment time to do my best work.

If you arrive at your appointment with less than 40% of your extensions, you will need to reschedule for a full set. 
​
30-minute/mini fills are strictly for if your lashes have been filled no more than 7 days ago.

FOREIGN FILLS

I do fill other artist's work as long as your extensions were applied correctly. Please contact me directly with a photo of your current lashes before booking an appointment.

NO GUEST POLICY

If your guest can wait quietly in the studio they may come to your appointment. No young children, please.
